Mumbai: The Markazi Talimi Board Maharashtra (MH) successfully organised an interactive educational programme focusing on contemporary challenges in the education sector, bringing together senior educationists, education officers, and representatives from various educational institutions.
The programme was graced by the presence of Dr. Zahir Kazi, President, Anjuman Islam, Mumbai, and Dr. Shaikh Abdullah, Vice President, Anjuman Islam, who highlighted the need for collaborative efforts to address emerging academic and administrative issues in education.
Key insights were shared by education officials including Mr. Nisar Khan, Deputy Education Officer (Secondary), BMC; Mr. Mukhtar Shah, Deputy Education Officer (Primary), BMC; and Mr. Abdul Basit Shaikh, Former Assistant Officer, BMC. They addressed the participants on policy-related matters, institutional challenges, and practical approaches to improving educational standards.
Representatives from several educational trusts and schools actively participated in the interactive discussions, contributing their experiences and perspectives. A total of 65 participants attended the programme, which was widely appreciated for its constructive dialogue and academic relevance.
The session concluded with a collective call to organise more such interactive and collaborative educational initiatives in the future to strengthen the education system and promote shared learning among stakeholders.
