Aurangabad, March 25: On March 20, the Women’s Wing of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Osmanpura, organized an enlightening program aimed at introducing Islam to brothers and sisters at Masjid Aqsa Angrwadi Bagh. The event commenced with the soul-stirring recitation of the Quran by Fahimunnissa Sheikh, setting a serene tone for the evening.
Noureen Shaikh took the stage next, elucidating various facets of the mosque in Marathi. From its revered status in Islam to the meticulous step-by-step process of ablution, the call to prayer, and the act of offering prayers, every corner of the mosque was illuminated, enriching attendees’ understanding.
The distinguished gathering included Inspector Parveena Yadav from Vaidyanath Nagar Police Station, esteemed journalist Roshni Meher, Editor-in-Chief Sayyeda Mohsina, among other notable guests. Coordinating the affair were Shaiqda Qadri, Bushra Naheed, Amiya Begum, Nazima Shaikh, Anjum Tasleem Begum, Naqbat Ansari, Badrunnisa, and Shah Jahan Begum.
