Mumbai: The Markazi Taleemi Board (MTB) Maharashtra conducted an informative career guidance programme titled “How to Develop a Career Plan – Classroom to Career” on Monday at Marol Municipal Urdu Secondary School, Andheri (East), Mumbai. This programme was under the Career Counselling Series of MTB Maharashtra.
The session focused on guiding students towards effective career planning through self-reflection, goal identification, and structured career development. It was specially designed to help students understand their strengths, interests, and long-term career vision.
The resource person, Mr. Jawwad Uzzaman Salmani, Senior Lecturer and Career Counsellor, addressed the students and explained the importance of setting realistic goals and creating a simple, flexible career plan. His practical and student-friendly approach kept the audience engaged throughout the session.
Students actively participated and showed keen interest in understanding various career paths and planning strategies. The session proved to be highly beneficial in motivating students to think seriously and positively about their future careers.
