Jaipur: A delegation from the Muslim Progressive Federation (MPF), led by convener Abdul Salam Johar, met with Rajasthan Governor Shri Haribhau Bagde at Raj Bhavan today. The discussion centered on a recent incident at Jama Masjid in Johari Bazaar, Jaipur.
The delegation provided detailed information to the Governor and demanded strict action against the perpetrators, along with preventive measures for future incidents. A memorandum was also submitted to the Governor.
The Governor listened carefully, reviewed the memorandum, and assured the delegation that he would consult with the Chief Minister and take necessary actions.
The delegation included Abdul Salam Johar, Haji Nizamuddin, Haji Yaseen Khan Kayamkhani, Adil Khan, and Maimoona Nargis.
