Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Vice President MM Khan Urges Global Muslim Unity to Uphold Justice

New Delhi: Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Vice President MM Khan has called for global Muslim unity as the key to justice and peace. Speaking at a recent conference themed “The Prophet of Mercy,” Khan condemned the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, describing it as brutal injustice and genocide. He criticized Western nations for their silence and inaction, highlighting the gap between their proclaimed commitment to human rights and their failure to act in crises affecting innocent civilians, especially children.

Khan emphasized that mercy and compassion are urgently needed in today’s world. He praised the conference for bringing together diverse Islamic schools of thought and stressed that unity among Muslims can inspire global harmony. He also denounced Islamophobia as a harmful distortion of Islam’s message of peace and justice.

Expressing concern over the shortcomings of international institutions, including the United Nations, Khan highlighted moral decay, family disruption, and global unrest as evidence of a broader ethical crisis. He urged cooperation among Muslim nations to promote justice, service to humanity, and adherence to ethical principles.

Khan commended Iran for upholding Islamic values in governance, economy, and resistance against Zionist expansion, particularly regarding Palestine and Quds. He warned that external forces aim to destabilize nations that implement Islamic principles.

In conclusion, Khan called for the formation of a global Islamic union that respects cultural and sectarian diversity. He affirmed that Muslim unity is not a threat to other countries but a path to justice, the prevention of oppression, and the promotion of the common good for humanity.
