Hyderabad: Mohammad Abdullah Javed, author of ‘Bayanul Ilm’ handed over a copy of this Quran commentary to the President of All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, who has penned down its Foreword, here recently.
Speaking on the occasion, Maulana Rahmani said Bayanul Ilm is helpful for faculty members of Islamic seminaries and other knowledge lovers who are engaged in Quranic discourse. It will definitely help the new generation if our faculty members prepare their lessons on these lines, he added.
The commentary contains deep explanations about the Quranic verses related to knowledge and teaching. It contains 15 chapters prepared in the light of 40 other authentic commentaries. Each chapter is followed by syllabus for further deep pondering and practice, too.
Some of the chapters deal with Motto of seeking knowledge, idea of an ideal teacher, method of teaching, purification of inner self, sources of inspiration, desirable student, study and research, dialogue and discussion, evangelic character of teachers, etc.
Keeping in view the requisites of teachings in contemporary world, the book contains diagrams, graphics and illustrations along with the scientific experiments undertaken in the field of teaching and surveys about the educational and ethical conditions of the student community.
The commentary also provides modern tools of study and teaching Quranic knowledge and a comprehensive syllabus for follow up at the end.
The Bayanul Ilm commentary is spread over 500 pages published by White Dot Publishers, New Delhi.
