Newly Elected MP Meets with Supreme Court Advocates in Parliament

Advocates Aslam Ahmed and Rais Ahmed Congratulate MP Mohibullah Nadvi

 

New Delhi, June 12: Supreme Court Advocates Aslam Ahmed and Rais Ahmed visited Parliament to extend their congratulations to the newly elected MP from Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, Maulana Mohibullah Nadvi, who is also the Imam of Jama Masjid at the Parliament Street.

Maulana Nadvi has been actively involved in legal efforts and initiatives to protect various waqf properties, including the Sunehri Bagh Masjid. His contributions have ranged from awareness campaigns to engaging with senior officials and legal proceedings. He has been a steadfast supporter and leader in these efforts.

During the meeting, Maulana Nadvi expressed his gratitude to Advocates Aslam Ahmed and Rais Ahmed for their selfless legal services in waqf matters. He emphasized the importance of continuing to raise public issues in Parliament with the same dedication. The advocates presented him with a bouquet and congratulated him on his significant victory in the Lok Sabha elections and the impressive performance of the INDIA bloc.

They noted that Maulana Nadvi is the first Nadvi scholar to be elected as a Member of Parliament. The advocates expressed their hope that the public would continue to benefit from his services and that he would remain committed to serving the community. They also looked forward to his leadership in addressing public issues in both Rampur and Delhi.
