Jaipur, Dec. 6: Rajasthan Muslim Forum on Wednesday organized a prayer meeting at Muslim Musafirkhana here for the reconstruction of Babri Masjid. The meeting was addressed by many speakers like Shaukat Qureshi, Naeem Qureshi, Mohammad Nazimuddin, Mujahid Naqvi, Shabbir Carpet, Naeem Rabbani, Dr. Shahabuddin, Sajid Sehrai, etc.
General Secretary of Rajasthan Muslim Forum and State President of Jamaat-e-Islami Rajasthan, Mohammad Nazimuddin, while addressing the gathering, said that on December 9, 2019, the Supreme Court gave its verdict in the Babri Masjid-Ram Mandir case, but justice has not been done. He said that whosoever owns a lathi will not own other’s buffalo; the buffalo will continue to remain to whom it belongs. “No one can commit atrocities on the basis of his lathi; this is not going to last long. We hope that one day justice will definitely be done.”
Shabbir Carpet, convener of the Forum, said that we have to remember this day of December 6 as a Day of Oppression and Injustice. This day will be recorded in the history books as a dark day which our future generations will also read about.
“The martyrdom of Babri Masjid on 6 December 1992 is a big incident in the history of India. We have full hope in the name of Allah Rabbul Izzat that Babri Masjid will be rebuilt with its glory and love,” he said.
