Aligarh: Prof. Farha Azmi, Principal, College of Nursing, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), participated in the National Conference on Nursing Excellence and Leadership, held at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Scientific Convention Centre, Lucknow on Sunday.
Organised by TISHHA Consultants LLP and Samarpan Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences, in collaboration with the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI), Uttar Pradesh State Branch, the conference brought together leading voices in nursing education, clinical leadership, and healthcare quality. The event was also supported by prominent national quality bodies, including QAI and EDME.
Prof. Azmi served as one of the Chairpersons of the Academic Sessions, where she contributed to discussions on advancing nursing education, promoting leadership in clinical care, and integrating academic and practical competencies through simulation and strategic frameworks. Her participation reinforced AMU’s standing as a centre of excellence in healthcare education.
