New Delhi, Jan. 3: As Israel’s aggression against Palestinian civilians in Gaza has been going on for nearly three months, it is heartening to note that the Government of India has supported the Palestinians. The Government of India has taken a humanitarian stand on this ongoing war. It voted in favor of Palestine in the United Nations General Assembly. It also sent contributions to the UN’s Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestine on 22nd October 2023, and again on 19th November 2023 sent the second cache of aid to Palestine.
While we appreciate the Government of India’s humanitarian stand on the Palestine issue, we invite artists, poets, painters, and cartoonists to send on our email editor.radianceweekly@gmail.com their poems, paintings, cartoons, caricatures, etc. in solidarity with the besieged Palestinian civilians, for publication in Radiance.
