Riyadh: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance presented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s work in serving the Qur’an at the 38th Moscow International Book Fair 2025. The ministry’s booth showcased the role of the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur’an in Madinah, one of the most recognized institutions in the field.
The exhibition introduced visitors to copies of the Qur’an printed in various sizes, along with translations of its meanings into more than 77 languages. Millions of copies produced by the complex reach Muslims across the world every year. The presentation also highlighted the technical stages of printing, which ensure quality and accuracy in every edition.
Organizers emphasized the Kingdom’s commitment to making the Qur’an accessible to Muslims and non-Arabic speakers globally. They underlined the importance of translation in helping diverse communities engage with the text.
The King Fahd Complex distributes its editions free of charge to mosques, institutions, and individuals in many countries. Its reputation for accuracy and reliability has made it a central source for Qur’an printing worldwide.
The ministry’s participation in the Moscow fair also reflected Saudi Arabia’s efforts to promote moderation and balance. By sharing books and resources, the Kingdom aims to strengthen its role in spreading Islamic values and supporting Muslim communities.
The Moscow International Book Fair, one of the largest in Russia, runs from September 3 to 7 and attracts publishers and cultural institutions from around the world.
