Seerat Expo in Hyderabad to Highlight Teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Hyderabad: Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Malakpet, is set to host the sixth Seerat Expo on September 5 at the Grand Imperial Function Palace from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The event, themed “Seerat-un-Nabi – Reflection of Quran,” aims to deepen the connection of students and youth with the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and channel their talents in positive directions.

Announcing the event at a press meet in Saidabad, Mohammed Mujeeb Al-Ali, Ameer-e-Maqami of JIH Malakpet, said preparations had been ongoing for a month. He informed that Jamaat members reached out to 32 schools and organized competitions in Seerat Quiz, Essay Writing, and Coloring for students from Classes 1 to 10. More than 6,000 students took part, and around 600 winners will receive first and second prizes during the expo. All participants will be awarded certificates.

Explaining the theme, Mujeeb Al-Ali said that the Prophet (PBUH) practically demonstrated the teachings of the Quran, showing it as a guide for life and not limited to theory.

The inaugural session will be attended by Mohammed Azharuddin, Ameer-e-Halqa of JIH Telangana, Ahmed bin Abdullah Balala, MLA Malakpet, and Dr. Mohammed Mubashir Ahmed, Nazim-e-Shehar of JIH Greater Hyderabad.

Convener Syed Mohammed Abdul Qadir Nasir said the expo will feature educational and cultural exhibits, a documentary screening, on-the-spot quizzes with prizes, a book stall offering a 50 percent discount on books about the Prophet’s life, and a food court. He urged families to visit and benefit from the program.
