Hyderabad, Feb 29: Students Islamic Organisation (SIO) Hyderabad hosted a session on the political exclusion faced by Indian Muslims.
Abdur Rahman, former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and author of “Absent in Politics and Power: Political Exclusion of Indian Muslims” addressed the session.
The event was aimed to address the pressing issue and spark meaningful dialogue among attendees.
Abdur Rahman gave a brief explanation of his book followed by an engaging discussion where attendees had the opportunity to delve deeper into the topic. It was followed by short speeches by the guests.
The session came to an end with a conclusive talk by Hammad, City President of SIO Hyderabad, emphasizing the need to address the issue of political exclusion and advocating for meaningful change within the community.
