Slovenia’s Foreign Ministry summoned Israel’s ambassador to Ljubljana on Thursday to formally protest the “unbearable humanitarian catastrophe” in Gaza caused by aid restrictions, said an Anadolu report.
According to a post on X, in a demarche, the ministry expressed deep concern over the situation and called on Israel to “immediately end the killing and starvation of civilians.”
Ljubljana reiterated its position that unimpeded access to urgent humanitarian assistance is essential and urged compliance with international humanitarian law.
