Beawar, Aug 27: The Society for Bright Future (SBF) organized a successful tree plantation program at Iqra Public Secondary School here. The initiative, aimed at promoting environmental sustainability, also saw the installation of tree guards to ensure the protection of newly planted saplings.
The event was graced by Siddique Kathat, state convener of SBF Rajasthan, along with Firoz Kathat, area convener, Engineer Nazir Kathat, co-convener, and Architect Ehsaan Kathat. Their active participation highlighted the organization’s commitment to environmental conservation.
In his address, Siddique Kathat emphasized the SBF’s broader mission of disaster management across the country. He noted that its volunteers are actively involved in providing relief during earthquakes, floods, famines, and in organizing blood donation camps, showcasing their dedication to both environmental and humanitarian causes.
The tree plantation drive also saw the participation of several local community members, including Ramadan Khan, Engineer Abdul Jabbar, Shahrukh Khan, Azmat Kathat, Nawab Kathat, Mumtaz Ali, Shankaruddin, Master Ahmed Khan, and Dr. Javed Hussain, who all contributed to the success of the event.
Mahboob Khan, Director of Iqra Public Secondary School, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the members and guests of SBF for their invaluable contribution to the school’s green initiative. He acknowledged the importance of such efforts in fostering a greener and healthier environment for future generations.
