In a shocking incident from Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, a 7-year-old boy named Krutarth Kushwaha was brutally murdered within the premises of DL Public School, reportedly as part of a superstitious ritual aimed at enhancing the school’s prosperity. The school manager, Dinesh Baghel, along with four accomplices – Veerpal Singh, Ramprakash Solanki, Jashodhan Singh, and Lakshman – has been arrested in connection with this heinous crime.
As per TV9, authorities allege that Baghel was influenced by a tantric who claimed that the school’s success depended on the sacrificial offering of a child. Disturbingly, Baghel is said to have a history of engaging in similar practices.
The incident has sent shockwaves through the community. The police revealed that there was a prior plan to sacrifice another child, a fourth grader named Raj, who narrowly escaped when he was attacked on September 6. He managed to flee after raising an alarm, and medical examinations confirmed that an attempt was made to strangle him.
The gruesome details came to light after Krutarth’s father, Krishna Kumar, reported his son missing on September 23. Initially, school officials contacted him, claiming Krutarth had fallen ill and was being taken to a hospital. However, when Kumar arrived, he was confronted with the tragic news of his son’s death.
The investigation revealed that Krutarth’s body was discovered in the school manager’s car, leading to the arrests of the accused. Evidence gathered from the school premises, including items associated with occult practices, further corroborated the charges.
The five arrested individuals hail from various localities in Uttar Pradesh. Dinesh Baghel and Jashodhan Singh are residents of Rasgawan village, while Lakshman Singh and Veerpal Singh are from nearby areas.
In a heart-wrenching statement, Krutarth’s father expressed his grief, highlighting the stark contrast between the safety parents expect from educational institutions and the tragic reality that unfolded. He lamented that the very school meant to nurture his son had turned into a site of unimaginable horror due to the dark beliefs of its administrators.
The police continue to investigate the case as the community grapples with the aftermath of this tragic event.
