New Delhi: Syed Ahmad Khan, National President of the Urdu Development Organisation (UDO), has extended heartfelt greetings to all Muslims and fellow citizens on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. He said that the festival should be celebrated across the country in an atmosphere of peace, love, and communal harmony.
In his message, he stated that some anti-social elements attempt to harm the country’s composite Ganga-Jamuni culture, but such individuals are very few in number. There are far more people who work to strengthen brotherhood and unity and remain committed to maintaining harmony under all circumstances.
Mr. Khan emphasised that Delhi, being the national capital, must maintain peace and stability, as its message resonates across the world. He cautioned that certain elements might try to disturb the peaceful atmosphere of Eid, and therefore people need to remain alert.
He appealed to everyone to exercise patience and wisdom, promote mutual brotherhood and harmony, and celebrate the joy of Eid together.
In conclusion, he prayed that this Eid brings happiness, peace, and prosperity to all.
