Aligarh: The Justice Mahmood National Law Fest “3.0,” organised by the Law Society, Department of Law, Aligarh Muslim University Malappuram Centre, Kerala, concluded with the announcement of competition results during the valedictory ceremony.
Mithravindha R., a fourth-year law student from the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai, secured the top position in the Judgment Writing competition, while Nitin Kumar and Inderjeet Kaur, fourth-year law students from Guru Kashi University, were declared runners-up.
In the “Letter to the Chief Justice” competition, M. K. Guru Prasath, a fourth-year law student from Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, won first place, with Pragya Rani, a first-year law student from Allahabad University, as the runner-up. The National Quiz Competition saw an impressive victory by Tamanna Bi and Fayezah, both first-year law students from AMU Malappuram Centre, with Aqusha, a fifth-year law student, and Maryam Zehra, a first-year law student from the same institution, finishing as runners-up.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Shahnawaz Ahmed Malik, Course Coordinator, who extended warm greetings to the distinguished guests and participants.
In his inaugural address, Dr. Faisal KP, Director of the Centre, emphasised the significance of legal education and commending the organisers for fostering intellectual growth through such events.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Imran Ahmad, Teacher In-Charge of the Law Society.
