Detainees include 125 women and 145 children, says Palestinian Prisoners Society
Nov. 29: The Palestinian Prisoners Society said Tuesday that the number of Palestinians arrested by Israel in the West Bank since the Israel-Hamas war began on Oct. 7 has risen to more than 3,290. The list includes 125 women and 145 children, the group said, reports Anadolu Agency.
At least 168 Palestinians have been detained in the five days during the ongoing humanitarian pause in the Gaza Strip.
Six Palestinian detainees have died in Israeli prisons since the conflict started, it added.
The Israel’s attack on Gaza has killed over 16,000 people, including 6,150 children and 4,000 women, according to health authorities in the enclave. The official Israeli death toll stands at 1,200.
