New Delhi, 4 October 2023: Salaam Unko is an attractive and very meaningful Naat released by The Nasheed Studio on Thursday last, keeping Eid-Milad-un-Nabi in mind.
The lyrics are simple and easy to understand. It is written by Salahuddin Ahmad while Salman Hussain has edited this nice piece of work. The singers are the Khan Brothers and Shez Khan. Acting in the video is done by Toseef Khan, Aaquib Khan, Faisal Khan and Junaid Alvi. The video direction is done by Salman Hussain with the assistant director Tanisha Dutta and DOP is done by Mohd. Amaan.
The philosophy of this Naat is derived from Ayat number 56 of Surah Al Ahzab (Surah No. 33). It is translated as, “Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His Angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [ Allah to confer] blessing upon him and ask [ Allah to grant him] peace.”
This Naat’s first line says, “Salaam Unko Jahano Ki Rehmat Jo Ban Ke Aaye The” (Peace be to him who came as a mercy to humanity). It adds different characteristics and attributes of the Prophet ﷺ in the later lines. The Naat ends with a prayer, “Salaam Hamara Qubool Kar Le E Parwardigaar” (Accept our Salaam, O Almighty!).
All the characters in this video are social media influencers. Founder and Lyricist of this Naat told Radiance, “Toseef Khan, Junaid Alvi and Faisal Khan make comedy videos and AN Khan does videos on Islamic teachings and is famous among youth. These all people liked the content and vision of the Nasheed Studio and agreed to feature in this project.” All the shots are done in Delhi at different locations.
